Linda is the reason we’re all here. Since founding the agency over 30 years ago, she has brought relentless passion and artistry to this business. Her enthusiasm and talent have been the driving force behind KSV’s finest work and success stories.
Linda has led the charge in developing breakthrough marketing programs for numerous brands including Unicel, Rossignol, King Arthur Flour, Stowe Mountain Resort and the Vermont Department of Health.
She is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art, and once upon a time worked as an Art Director at WGBH public television in Boston, where she was on a first-name basis with Big Bird.
Little-known fact: He loves country music. More than you can ever imagine.
If marketing was baseball, Yoram would be that pitcher with the impossible curveball. He throws them at the people of KSV to keep them inspired and on their toes. He throws them at our clients to help them see opportunities they never knew existed. And most importantly, he throws them at our client’s competition, delivering category-changing solutions they never see coming.
In 30 years with KSV, Yoram has brought strategic thinking, insight, and relentless passion to work for clients such as Seventh Generation, Unicel, Chittenden Bank, Stowe Mountain Resort and Banknorth. But he reserves his greatest passion for running the agency as a community where individuals can thrive and the best ideas win.
Little-known fact: He’s a direct descendant of William the Conqueror. Treat him accordingly.
If you don’t know Tim, odds are you know someone who does. Tim has provided marketing and communications counsel to everyone from the largest corporation to the one-person startup.
Over the years, Tim has provided strategic leadership to a number of KSV clients, including Sugarbush, Stowe Mountain Resort, King Arthur Flour, Efficiency Vermont, Basin Harbor, Green Mountain Power, CVPS, and Unicel.
Little-known fact: She narrowly escaped a government overthrow. In Peru.
A calm voice of reason? In an ad agency? Now that’s fresh thinking. With more than 20 years experience in leadership and management, Janine brings a rich and varied history to her role at KSV. She has directed a series of statewide public-private partnerships, leading organizations with dozens of offices and hundreds of employees.
Since 2008, Janine has taught in the MBA program at Champlain College. She has also developed and implemented public relations, publications and communications programs for numerous organizations, and holds degrees from Cornell and Harvard, plus a doctorate in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont.
Janine’s responsibilities include, but are hardly limited to, setting the direction of the agency, nurturing the culture for employees and clients, and managing all financial, physical and human resources.
Little-known fact: He’s dined with known cannibals. Thankfully they were in the mood for fish at the time.
David has been coming up with memorable ways to connect people and brands for nearly 20 years. He got his start as a Copywriter at The Richards Group in Dallas, where he won numerous awards for his work on Motel 6’s Tom Bodett radio campaign.
He joined KSV after serving as Executive Creative Director at Slingshot, one of the largest integrated agencies in the Southwest. While there, he specialized in leading brands like Jack Daniel’s, Greyhound, Dave & Buster’s, and ConocoPhillips into the digital space, blending traditional and digital efforts into seamless campaigns.
His work as a Writer and Creative Director has been honored by Communication Arts, The One Show, The Addys, The Webby Awards, and ABC’s World’s Funniest Commercials.
Little-known fact: She cut a record in Germany, but isn’t nearly as well known as David Hasselhoff.
Dianne makes the complex look easy. She’s spent over 20 years in marketing, with the last 15 focused on branding and interaction in the digital space, developing the structures and processes both agencies and clients need to make the work flow smoothly.
Dianne has built successful teams and relationships at renowned integrated agencies such as Mullen, Digitas, Modem Media, and AMP, and provided strategic leadership for brands like John Hancock, Eddie Bauer, TripAdvisor, Gillette and Four Seasons. She has designed and implemented entire agency processes from scratch, including interactive “best practices” for project management.
In her role as Director of Client Services at KSV, she leads a dedicated team of Brand and Project Managers that provides the highest possible standard of strategic guidance and program management for KSV’s entire client roster.
She’s also a respected thinker in the world of social media. Her Twitter contributions to eccorazzi.com led to it being named one of the top environmental feeds to follow by Mashable.
Little-known fact: Two people she counts among her relatives? Dear Abby and baseball great Rod Carew.
Kim is a seasoned brand strategist with more than 25 years’ experience. She has held senior account management positions at Boston’s finest agencies, including Digitas, Arnold Worldwide, Hill Holliday, and Toth Brand Imaging, where she was the Director of Account Services. Her past and present clients include AT&T, Athena Health and Arbella Insurance. She holds a BA from Brown University and a Master of Science in advertising from Northwestern.
Kim founded KSV Boston with Doug Chapman in 2007. As President Kim is the steward of the agency’s strategic vision, leads a talented account management team, and oversees all client relationships.
Little-known fact: He once needed a cab in Los Angeles. Unable to find one, he settled for the closest available transportation: Robert Plant’s limo.
Doug has had a long, varied, and successful career in New England advertising. He started at creative shop Clarke Goward and then went to Cabot Communications, Arnold Worldwide, and Hill Holliday, where he worked on The American Red Cross, McDonald’s, and Fleet Bank.
He ran his first creative department at Allen & Gerritsen, where as partner and co-creative director, he helped grow the company from a seven-person start-up to New England’s largest independently owned agency. Doug has won the industry’s most coveted awards, including Clio, AdWeek’s Creative All-Stars, Communication Arts, Kelly, and two One Show Pencils.
In 2007, Doug founded KSV Boston with Kim Borman. As executive creative director, he oversees the agency’s creative product, including the seamless integration of traditional and new media. His job is to ensure that our work is smart, engaging, strategic, and in lockstep with our clients’ business goals.
Little-known fact: Tracy’s nickname is Unleaded Vaughn, due to her habit of running out of gas on the Mass Pike. Did you know that it’s a $50 fine? Tracy Does.
Tracy has a wealth of experience helping some of the most prestigious brands in the world to successfully execute their marketing strategies. Her twenty-year career has taken her through two of Boston’s advertising giants: Arnold Worldwide and Digitas. She has managed agency relationships with Fleet, IBM, Reebok and Volkswagen of America.
To expand her experience and broaden her perspective, Tracy spent time on the client side at JPMorgan and Continental Cable. She returned to the agency world when KSV Boston opened in 2007. Tracy is a high-level strategic thinker, whose team services both the day-to-day and long-term needs of KSV Boston’s clients.
